2. Site Content
2.1 We endeavour to keep all information on our site both up to date and accurate, however on some occasions this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. The website contains copyrighted information which is obtained and used under license from the copyright holders.
2.2 On some occasions some of the functionalities of the website can be suspended temporarily during maintenance and repair operations. We will do our best to ensure that these occasions are as brief and infrequent as possible.
3. Sales Taxes
Supreme Hair Extensions does not currently charge GST within New Zealand. However, we may need to review this in the future.
4. Order Confirmation
4.1 We confirm all submitted orders via email. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 12 hours, please contact us by sending an email to support@supremehairextenstions.co.nz.
4.2 Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you e-mail confirmation that we have dispatched that product to you. Any other products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of the contract.
5. Your Conduct
5.1 By using this website, or entering into correspondence with SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ, you accept full responsibility for all data and electronic communications sent from your computer to us.
5.2 This website must not be used for any of the following:
- Fraudulent purposes, or in connection with any unlawful activity.
- To send, use or reuse any material that is offensive, abusive or indecent.
- To send, use or reuse any material that is in breach of copyright, confidence or privacy.
- To send or use correspondence containing or in the nature of viruses, chain letters, mass mailings or spam.
5.3 SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ reserves the right to refuse service, and / or cancel transactions at its discretion, if it believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6.1 SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ will ONLY use your personal information in connection to processing your orders, delivering products and services, communicating with you and recommending other products and services. All information you submit to SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users.
6.2 The information we collect from you includes your name and address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ Web site.

By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product, which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to NEW ZEALAND and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software contains copyrighted information and is owned solely by the copyright holders.
14. Ordering
You can Order Products in the following ways:

14.2 by email
When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order.
Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email should there be any problems. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
15. Price
The price for each Product is shown on SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ.
We always try to make sure that the prices on SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
Prices are quoted on SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ in NZ dollar. Please note that both charges and refunds are in NZ dollar and SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
International customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
16. Returns Policy
All returns must be in accordance with our terms conditions:
16.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your extensions, we will exchange the item for a different length / colour if preferred. Please note: This does not apply to items that have been tried on, used or fitted. In accordance with Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of hair Extensions products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being tried on, used, worn or fitted. The returned product must be unused and in a resaleable condition. All packaging and labels must be in tact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return.
Please note that the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you send all returned items by a signed/tracked courier service that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by your courier and no refunds will be given on items that do not arrive back with us. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked courier service, they will be able to help locate the item.
17. Payment
When you have completed your order confirmation you can make payments in any of the following ways:
- Via bank transfer;
- By sending a Cheque
18. Availability
We try to keep SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. If we can't supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.
19. Delivery
SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ delivers to destinations in New Zealand and Australia. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details.
Delivery outside the New Zealand may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your Products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ are not responsible for them.
Orders are dispatched by New Zealand Courier Post. In addition, our suppliers may use a courier service whereby a signature is required.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible. We cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive in the estimated time frame; this should be taken up with New Zealand Post. All orders once dispatched are then held responsible by New Zealand Post.
Please Order from SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY DELIVERIES:
Before placing your order, please note: All completed orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Please select Saturday Delivery during check out for items requiring delivery on a Saturday. Orders must be received by 12:00 midday. Orders placed on a Friday using NZ Courier Post will not be delivered until Monday the following week. If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please contact our Support Team.
20. Delivery Costs
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the Order Form page before you submit your order.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information
21. Governing Laws
Upon entering the SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ site you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and irrespective of your place of domicile. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the laws of New Zealand whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
22. Entire Agreement
The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ and any associated companies. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of SUPREMEHAIREXTENSIONS.CO.NZ.
