Shipping Information
The shipping cost is based on the weight and size of the item(s) and includes packaging and handling costs.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched using New Zealand Courier Post whereby a tracking number will be available. We also offer a Saturday Delivery Service. However, orders must be received before 12:00 midday. Please ensure that someone is available to accept your item upon arrival.
Your order will be processed immediately after we have received cleared funds. Please see estimated delivery period next to each item. We deliver to New Zealand and Australia.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within fourteen (14) days. You may request an exchange. Our Terms & Conditions apply. Where customers purchase hair extensions products, in accordance with Hygiene Legislation, the return of hair products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being opened or in any way tried on, used, worn or fitted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your extensions, we will exchange the item for a different length / colour if preferred. Our terms & Conditions apply.
